Garlic Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bone-in pork chops

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 sprigs thyme

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  • 1 pinch salt

  • coarse salt

  • ground black pepper

  • lemon wedges

Directions

  • Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.
  • skillet on medium-high heat, heat oil, melted butter and thyme. Cook the pork chops until the surface turns light golden brown on each side, for about 3 minutes .
  • Add the garlic to the skillet. Keep flipping the pork chops around and sautée the garlic until light brown. Add a pinch of salt. Remove the pork chops from heat and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
