Ingredients

  • For Apple Slaw Mix
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded

  • 2 apple red and firm

  • 1 large carrot shredded

  • 1/3 cup almond sliced

  • 1/3 cup dried Cranberries

  • For Slaw Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Mayo

  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tspn Dijon mustard

  • celery salt or salt (optional)

  • Black pepper Freshly ground

Directions

  • Make the coleslaw dressing: Mix all the ingredients in a jar or a bowl. Mix well until everything is incorporated well. Set aside.
  • In a big salad bowl, add all the ingredients for the slaw. Pour the dressing. Mix everything well.
