That is the perfect combination among ingredients such as green cabbage, purple cabbage, cilantro, carrot, onion and others. All of them are gathered in a bowl, and mix evenly together. 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1-1/2 teaspoons agave (or sugar)
3 green onions, sliced thin on an angle
2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 carrots, peeled and julienned
2 cups thinly sliced purple cabbage
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
kosher salt, to taste
- In a large bowl, add the lime juice and agave, and slowly pour in the olive oil while whisking.
- Next, add in the cabbages, carrots, green onions and cilantro. Toss to combine, taste and season with salt as under your taste.
